Admission Procedure & Related Information

Dear Parent/s,
Thank you for considering Hill Spring International School for your child/ward.

*Please note that Chance Vacancy will be applicable only in case of a vacancy.

The chance vacancy admission procedure will be an on-going process until acceptance/decline of admission.
For every round that you complete/ qualify you will receive an email notification which will direct you further with reference links and guidelines.
Below stated is an overview of the Admission Procedure to the Programme and related information.


GUIDELINE FOR AGE CRITERIA
To be eligible, the student must complete the following number of years, by 31st July of the respective academic year they are applying for.

GRADE AGE AS IN JULY
Jr Kg 4 Years
Sr Kg 5 Years
Grade I 6 Years
Grade II 7 Years
Grade III 8 Years
Grade IV 9 Years
Grade V 10 Years
For grades 6 to 9, previous school leaving certificate will be required.

1) Registration - Online

  • You will be required to fill in the online Registration Form.
  • On completion of the Registration Process you will receive an acknowledgement notification email with the guidelines and related link to the ADMISSION APPLICATION FORM.
Please note:
  • Registration does not guarantee admission.
  • If you are using your company-provided email ID for the registration, then make sure that our email address admission@hsieducation.org and the domain hsieducation.org are whitelisted by your company's IT Dept.
  • Add the email address admission@hsieducation.org to your email contacts list, to avoid any issues with receiving the emails from our system.

2) Filling & Submission of the Admission Application Form – Online. (01st January 2024 to 31st January 2024)

  • Students only from an authorized PYP school are eligible to apply for the chance vacancy admission for Grade 5.
  • Birth certificate and previous school report cards, are mandatory documents to be uploaded. Kindly upload the last Two years report cards.
  • Submission by Wednesday, 31st January 2024.


3) Registration Fee Payment: (Applicable only in case of a VACANCY)

A payment of Rs. 5000 (payment to be made online only) will be charged at the time of registration. Please note, registration does not guarantee admission.

5) Admission Acceptance / Admission Waitlist / Admission Regret

If selected, admission confirmation email will be sent and followed up by telephonic call as well.


6) Completion of Payment Procedure

Admission formalities on confirmation of admission must be completed on the date scheduled, failing which the admission will be withdrawn. It will be offered to the next eligible applicant candidate.
