Qualification

Graduate/Postgraduate/ Diploma/PGDBA/MBA from a recognised University. (Specialization in HR)

Work Experience

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the relevant field.
• Proven experience as an HR Executive, HR Assistant, or in a similar role (preferably within an educational institution).

Key Skills

1. Familiarity with HR policies and procedures in a school environment is an advantage.
