Chance vacancy for PYP & IGCSE

Welcome to Hill Spring International School.

Thank you for considering Hill Spring International School for your child. Please note that Chance Vacancy will be applicable only in case of a vacancy. The chance vacancy admission procedure will be an ongoing process until the admission is either accepted or declined. For every round that you complete/ qualify for, you will receive an email notification which will direct you further with reference links and guidelines. Given below is an overview of the Admission Procedure to the Programme and related information.

Guideline for Age Criteria

  • To be eligible, the student must complete the following number of years, by 31 July of the respective academic year they are applying for.

Previous School Leaving Certificate will be required from Grade 2 onwards.

Admission Procedure

Chance Vacancy PYP

  • Registration - Online

    Registrations for Chance Vacancy for the academic year 2026–2027 will be live from 01 January 2026 to 31 January 2026. To apply, please complete the online Registration Form. Click the ‘Register Now‘ button on this page to get started. On completion of the Registration Process you will receive an acknowledgement notification email with the guidelines and related link to the ADMISSION APPLICATION FORM.

    Kindly note:

    • Students only from an authorized PYP school are eligible to apply for the chance vacancy admission for Grade 5.
    • Registration does not guarantee admission.
    • If you are using your company-provided email ID for the registration, then make sure that our email address admission@hsieducation.org and the domain hsieducation.org are whitelisted by your company’s IT Dept.
    • Add the email address admission@hsieducation.org to your email contacts list, to avoid any issues with receiving the emails from our system.

  • Filling & Submission of the Admission Application Form - Online

    • Birth certificate and previous school report cards, are mandatory documents to be uploaded. Kindly upload the last Two years report cards.
    • Last date of submission: Saturday, 31 January 2026.
    • Click here to refer to the prerequisites before proceeding with submission of an online admission application form.

  • Registration Fee Payment: (Applicable only in case of a VACANCY)

    A payment of Rs. 5000 (payment to be made online only) will be charged at the time of registration. Please note, registration does not guarantee admission.

  • Parent and Student Interaction

  • Admission Acceptance / Admission Waitlist / Admission Regret

    • Final decision will be conveyed via email.

  • Completion of Payment Procedure

    • Admission formalities must be completed on the scheduled date, upon confirmation of admission; failing this, the admission will be withdrawn. It will be offered to the next eligible applicant candidate.
