Admission Procedure & Related Information

Dear Parent/s,
Thank you for considering Hill Spring International School for your child/ward.

*Please note that Chance Vacancy will be applicable only in case of a vacancy.

The chance vacancy admission procedure will be an online process.
For every round that you complete/ qualify you will receive an email notification which will direct you further with reference links and guidelines.
Below stated is an overview of the Admission Procedure to the Programme and related information.


ADMISSION PROCEDURE FOR CHANCE VACANCY ADMISSION IN PYP

* Students only from an authorized PYP school are eligible to apply for the chance vacancy admission for Grade 4 and 5.

1) Filling & Submission of the Admission Application Form – Online.

2) Submission of Documents
List of documents to be submitted on the dates mentioned below:
i) A PRINTED HARD COPY OF THE ADMISSION APPLICATION FORM (filled online)
ii) SELF –ATTESTED PHOTO COPIES OF
a. BIRTH CERTIFICATE
b. PROGRESS REPORT OF SCHOOL LAST ATTENDED
iii) VISITING CARDS OF BOTH PARENTS
iv) 1 PASSPORT SIZE PHOTOGRAPH OF PARENTS & STUDENT

3) Schedule for Submission of hard copies of the Admission Application Form and the relevant documents

Days Timing Venue
From Tuesday, 22nd Jan 2019 To Tuesday, 05th Feb 2019 01:30 pm to 02:30 pm Spring Centre Point

4) Registration: (Applicable only incase of a VACANCY)
A payment of Rs. 5000 (payment to be made in cash only) will be charged at the time of registration. Please note Registration does not guarantee admission.

5) Parent Interaction

6) Admission Acceptance/ Admission Denial
(Admission confirmation/denial will be followed up by telephonic call as well)

7) Completion of Payment Procedure
(Admission formalities on confirmation of admission must be completed on the date scheduled, failing which the admission will be withdrawn)
